J. SEAN ELLIOTT has been a professional actor for 25 years, appearing in over 100 shows on stages across Canada, from Calgary to Charlottetown. He's been fortunate to play many wonderful parts in countless comedies and farces, such as Move Over Mrs. Markham, The Odd Couple, Out of Order, The Foursome, Run for Your Wife, and Lend Me A Tenor; along with great character roles in musicals such as Oklahoma!, Anything Goes, Brigadoon, Anne of Green Gables, and All Shook Up. J. Sean also had the good fortune to travel to the world-renown Edinburgh Fringe Festival with the original musical Rob Roy, by David Warrack. He recently finished his 240th performance as Sam Phillips in the mega-popular hit show, Million Dollar Quartet. As a director, he's well-known for his work with comedy - especially farce (Shady Business, Unnecessary Farce, Suite Surrender, and Fox on the Fairway (starring George Wendt)); and musicals (earning a Calgary Critics Choice nomination for directing Spamalot the Musical in 2015). J. Sean is also the original writer, director and choreographer of the iconic Niagara attraction, O Canada, eh?, now in its twenty-fifth season. He is also a singer/songwriter - his most recent CD is called At Least I’ve Got My Looks (www.jsean.com).
